B.E. "Bernice" Kelly

Bernice Kelly of Sanford, NC and former Third Ward Alderman of Sanford, was a friend of Clint Pickard.  He played the NC tournament circuit.  Here he is playing in the 1974 Tournament.  I have a newspaper article showing Bernice also played in the 1975 Southeastern at Sanford.  Another newspaper (picture)
